A one-hour workshop for those who wish to become more familiar with managing emails and tasks in Outlook for Mac, and learn time-saving techniques.

Organisation with Outlook is for those comfortable with Outlook’s basic functionality such as sending emails and creating tasks and calendar appointments. This course will explain the use of Outlook features and demonstrate techniques to help you better manage the demands on your time. Techniques presented in this session might differ to those required if using Outlook in a Windows environment.

Topics covered in this session include:

• Curing overflowing inbox habits

• Creating email templates

• Distinction between tasks and appointments

• Using rules to sort incoming emails

• Creating tasks and meetings from emails

• Cleaning up excess emails
